Yes I was pleasantly surprised that my consignment was handled in such a professional manner.

Subsequent to you sending them an email to contact me about my consignment, everything else was done in a reliable and transparent manner. They reassured me about the procedure for taking my Qatar id to clear the goods. They were true to their word about the exact timing of its return and delivered the goods exactly when they said they would updating me every step of the way. I also had one person dealing with my shipment who gave me his contact details as a backup.

I believe my treatment were owed to the pressure you exerted on GAC so I am very appreciative of this.

I was very pleased with the outcome.
