I cannot recommend ALS world movers enough. Finding them was a blessing as I was moving my family to UAE and had over 200KG worth of cargo and every company I spoke to did not fill me with any confidence at all. Step up Andy and Wendy who not only put my mind at ease but at an amazing rate. Both were extremely professional throughout the process and really felt like it was their own cargo. Just an idea of the empathy you get from ALS.

Will definitely be recommending and will be using again.

Thank you Andy and Wendy.

Good afternoon Andy,

My apologies for my late response. i was unable to check my mail for a few days.

Yes I was pleasantly surprised that my consignment was handled in such a professional manner.

Subsequent to you sending them an email to contact me about my consignment, everything else was done in a reliable and transparent manner. They reassured me about the procedure for taking my Qatar id to clear the goods. They were true to their word about the exact timing of its return and delivered the goods exactly when they said they would updating me every step of the way. I also had one person dealing with my shipment who gave me his contact details as a backup.

I believe my treatment were owed to the pressure you exerted on GAC so I am very appreciative of this.

I was very pleased with the outcome.

Thank you.

Kind regards

Hi Andy.

I wanted to thank you and your associates for the efficient way you helped us with our recent shipping from the UK to Ras al Khaimah. Andy’s help and advice at the outset and Abdul’s team at the UAE end made the process stress free for us, or as close as you can get when you’re moving! We had no breakages, just a couple of candles warped by the heat. When we move on to our next assignment we’ll be sure to contact you for a quote. Best wishes and thanks again.
